Responsibilities & Context

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in generating and finalizing new business opportunities. Employing a consultative sales approach, this individual will leverage their expertise to effectively identify and assess leads, thereby cultivating sales prospects among both prospective and established clientele.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and prepare consumption estimates for natural stones (Marble, Granite, Travertine, Quartzite, Onix, Limestone and Sandstone) as well as supporting installation materials.
- Gather and verify detailed information from project sites as needed.
- Deliver professional presentations showcasing proposed materials and layouts.
Client Interaction and Approval:
- Conduct meetings with clients for design approvals and address any concerns or modifications.
- Provide prompt support to clients for inquiries related to our materials, stocks, and other relevant matters.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for project updates and addressing inquiries.
Documentation and Coordination:
- Develop detailed construction drawings for projects involving natural stones (Marble, Granite, Travertine, Quartzite, Onix, Limestone and Sandstone) and ensure their timely distribution to the site.
Installation Management:
- Evaluate potential installation challenges and take necessary actions as required.
- Coordinate site visits with the Technical Team, if deemed necessary.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Technical Team regarding project implementation and related matters.
- Conduct site surveys during installation when required.
Claims Management and Reporting:
- Monitor and diligently follow up on any claims related to the natural stones (Marble, Granite, Travertine, Quartzite, Onix, Limestone and Sandstone).
- Transmit client claims to counterparts in Spain as and when necessary.
