Additional certifications or coursework in smart building technologies, sustainability, or 3D visualization are highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design, architectural design, and 3D modeling.
Proven experience in integrating smart technologies into interior and architectural projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex design projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, highlighting proficiency in smart design solutions and advanced 3D modeling techniques.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in design and modeling software, including Auto-CAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, 3ds Max, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with VR/AR technologies and related software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Strong understanding of smart building systems and IoT integrations, including knowledge of current technologies and implementation strategies.
Excellent design sensibility, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to design challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices, including familiarity with Lead, Well, or similar standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Smart Interior & 3D Model Design Engineer / Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, architectural planning, and advanced 3D modeling, with a focus on integrating smart technologies into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and execute projects that leverage the latest in smart technology and sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities:1

Smart Interior Design & Space Planning Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions that seamlessly integrate smart technologies (e.g., IoT devices, automated systems, smart lighting, and climate control).
Create functional and ergonomic space plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring optimal use of space and enhancing user experience.
Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and budget considerations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in smart technologies and incorporate them into design proposals effectively.

2. 3D Modeling & Visualization

Produce detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Blender.
Develop immersive virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences to help clients visualize and interact with proposed designs.
Create animated walk throughs and interactive presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and smart functionalities to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with graphic designers and visualization specialists to enhance the quality and impact of presentation materials.

3. Architectural Design & Integration

Develop comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards, including accessibility and sustainability requirements.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate smart systems and ensure overall design feasibility and integrity.
Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform and optimize design solutions.

4. Project Management

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases including concept development, design, documentation, and construction administration.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and standards.

5. Client Engagement & Consultation

Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives, translating them into tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, effectively articulating design concepts, benefits of smart integrations, and project value propositions
.Gather and incorporate client feedback throughout the design process, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Provide expert advice and guidance on smart technologies, sustainability practices, and innovative design strategies.

6. Research & Development

Conduct ongoing research into emerging technologies, materials, and design methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and project outcomes.
