To achieve the area sales targets as well as companies business objectives.
Successful execution of sales & marketing activities in the area with merchandising guidelines.
Achievement of Area Sales Operations Plan
Area of Sales : Savar, Dhamrai, Manikgonj, Ashulia, Gazipur, Tongi.
Achievement of Area distribution target Main Activities:
Identify business opportunities in the assigned area, formulate and execute business plan, in co-ordination with the channels as well as tapping the business potential
Target agreement & splitting of the agreed targets with the respect to areas.
Achieve sales targets.·
Streamline administrative operation of the area
Supervise the all activities of TSO, ASE, SO/SR as well as motivate & develop them.
Set clear objectives: volume growth, distribution management, sales promotion.
Develop an effective distribution network.
Lead & develop team members.
