•  At least 6 year(s) as Medical Representative /Promotion Officer in Pharmaceuticals with Minimum 2 years working experiences in the similar (supervisory) position.

Responsibilities & Context

The Company is looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who can successfully lead a group of MIOs to perform their best to achieve their target.

• Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.

• Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.

• Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.

• Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.

• Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
