Achieve growth and exceed sales targets through effective management of sales team.
Develop annual sales plan, achieve target, control expense, and expand market as per business plan.
Streaming processes, policies, systems and sale’s administrative function.
Provide forecasts for each product, territory and calculate the operating costs of the sales force.
Establish performance monitoring tools to maximize productivity of sales team.
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and give feedback to Management.
Visit markets & meet with potential customers (Doctors and Chemists) across the country frequently and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business opportunity.
Organize and provide training to field sales forces for ensuring quality presentation/detailing in front of the customers.
Assist in recruiting, setting objectives and performance enhancement plan of field sales force.
