As an Area Manager at ACI Seed, the selected candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth within their designated region by overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring the effective distribution of ACI Seed products. The core responsibilities of this position include:

  • To develop plan for penetration of ACI products in everywhere in the market.
  • To assist Sales Manager in selecting the Distributors & Distributor’s Sales Representatives.
  • To assist Sales Manager in planning, organizing and monitoring the sales activities.
  • To assist Manager in designing incentive plan for the Dealers, Distributors & Distributors’ Sales Representatives.
  • To conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
  • To collect competitors information on regular basis and send time to time information to the Marketing Department.
  • To manage distribution that includes sales process from order securing to cash collection, establishing distribution route, components of a distribution expense, setting product wise reorder level of finished goods in depots.
  • To keep the team members motivated & delighted all the time and communicate time to time as and when required.
  • To provide effective trainings to the team members.
