Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals/Herbal, Unani & Ayurveda Sales And 1-2 years of experience in supervisor/similar position.

Responsibilities & Context

• This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring Medical Promotion Officer (MPO’s).

• Execute strategies to increase sales and achieve sales target.

• On the job training to MPO’s .

• Preparing daily/weekly sales plan and prescription target each team members.

• Evaluate performance of MPO’s on regular basis & take necessary measures.
