Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure targeted milk collection, all necessary tests for quality control & to maintain all books and records for the smooth functioning of the Chilling Center.
- Direct farmers include & convert to society from Suppliers.
- To ensure hygienic quality milk collection & maintenance of dairy machinery and laboratory equipment.
- To conduct the regular farmer`s meeting, identification of farmer`s needs/problems & necessary suggestions for solving the problems.
- To ensure targeted milk collection and all necessary tests for quality control.
- To ensure all financial activities and to ensure smooth operation of Chilling Center activities.
- To Prepare daily requisition of Milk tanker, daily milk collection and stock report etc.
- Maintain any other task assigned by Mgt.
