Responsibilities & Context
- Implement sales strategies aligned with the business goal.
- Achieve sales targets, analyze performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure product availability and visibility. Monitor inventory control and damage control processes.
- Guide outlet manager and outlet staffs to improve performance, skills, and engagement.
- Foster a performance-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure that all stores are fully compliant with local laws, health regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, store operations, and staff performance.
- Act as a communication bridge between head office and outlet teams.
