Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementation of settled target.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which will be set by the management.
• As a manager, you will be responsible for team building and work as a team and follow the instructions of your supervisors.
• Provide motivational and mental support to the team to achieve sells target.
• Execute all sales and marketing activities as per set plan and policies of the company.
• Always keep update your personal and team report, records for ensure transparency and accountability.
• Regular visit field to ensure achievement of optimum sales target.
• Ready to take additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and management.
