- At least 10 years experience in field level job & 5 years experience in same position.
- Maintaining field force at least 4 Years
- Excellent Computer literacy especially MS word, MS excel, Bangla Type, browsing etc.
- Publication or Pharmaceutical related Marketing job will be preferable.
- Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position.
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

Rekha Prakashani sister concern of Agrani Printing Press, is one of the most largest privately owned printing company in Bangladesh is looking for few lively, passionate, and aspiration people to work in its Marketing Team .
Develop and implement area-level sales strategies to ensure alignment with overall company goals and targets.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Area fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Monitor sales performance across assigned Area, review performance reports, and collaborate with Management to devise corrective measures where necessary.
Review and approve expense reports from Management and take necessary action to optimize cost efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, such as local vendors, community leaders, and authorities, to support retail expansion and operations.
Represent the company at the area level, maintaining positive community and customer relations.
