• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence KOLs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
• Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
• Ensuring the proper utilization of the resources through team members
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
