Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Ispat sales efforts in Mymensingh Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific area, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Implement sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and increase market share within the assigned area.
- Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them consistently.
- Analyze the area’s market dynamics, including customer needs, competitor activities, and economic trends, to identify key growth opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities by thoroughly understanding the area’s landscape and potential customer base.
- Expand the customer base by developing relationships with new clients and increasing product penetration in the area.
- Monitor sales performance regularly, making adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer service efforts.
