Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies for assigned territory. Ensure Primary & secondary sales, sales collection and expand distribution.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of Tata Consumer Products and reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned territory.
- Setting sales targets for own Distributors as well as Sales Officer basis brand saliency and route potentiality.
- On the job training for the assigned sales staff and team.
- Allocating route plan to Sales Representatives and Assists in preparing tour program for sales representatives.
- Provide sales report on regular basis.
- Handling customer’s complaints and solving the issues in line with company’s policy & procedures.
- Supervise the sales team and execute daily sales activities to ensure sales target achievement.
- Develop territory, market penetration, route design, Increase coverage and cluster development.
