Responsibilities & Context

• Setting sales targets for individual Areas.
• Developing area sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitoring SO wise daily secondary sales, delivery and collection.
• Maintain and increase category-wise sales of the concerned territories and distributor-wise sales and performance.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to achieve daily targets.
• Regular market visits with SO for coaching and developing them.
• Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems & opportunities and providing prompt solutions to the customer.
• Implement new product placement strategies and Implement all types of cost control and damage reduction strategies.
