Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose:

To achieve sales targets, manage distributors, and develop strategies to drive the growth of Akij Telecom Limited within the assigned territory, ensuring market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales representatives.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve efficiency.

Distributor and Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
  • Ensure efficient stock management and product availability in the market.
  • Oversee distributor operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Market Development

  • Identify potential market opportunities and initiate actions to capture them.
  • Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and trade events to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular market feedback and reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing grievances and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
