Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Professionals with certified training in marketing research will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• বয়স ৩০-৩৫ বছর
• সেলস ও মার্কেটিং কাজে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
• শুধুমাত্র খাদ্যদ্রব্য পন্য বাজারজাতকরণ কাজে অভিজ্ঞ সম্পন্ন প্রার্থী আবেদন করবেন।
• কম্পিউটারে সেলস ও মার্কেটিং-এর প্রয়োজনীয় কাজগুলো জানা থাকলে ভাল।
• বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা তৈরী করণ: এবং অর্জনে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
• ফুল টাইম ফিল্ডে ও অফিসে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
• সেলস ও মার্কেটিং কাজে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছর
• অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স ও শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য।

Responsibilities & Context

নিজ কোম্পানীর উৎপাদিত এবং প্রক্রিয়াজাত পণ্য যেমন- বিস্কুট, কুকিজ, টোষ্ট বিস্কুট, কার্টাড কেক, চকোলেট কেক, টিফিন কেক, ভ্যানিলা কেক, ম্যাংগো কেক, ভার্মিচিলি, চুটকি সেমাই, সলটেড মেরী, হালিম মিক্স, ফালুদা মিক্স, ফিরনি মিক্স, পায়েস মিক্স, ক্ষীর মিক্স, চায়না গ্রাস, চটপটি মল্লা, বিরিয়ানি মল্লা, মুরগীর মশলা, গরুর মাংসের মশলা, মেজবানি মশলা ইত্যাদি পণ্য ব্যাপক ভাবে বাজারজাত করার লক্ষ্যে জরুরী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop market and consumer insights by engaging in various market research activities to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Distributor/Dealer setup in required area.
• Analyze market data and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for new product development.
• Experience to handle dealer & distributor.
• Work as target basis on monthly Sales.
• Work closely with the field team, dealers and Distribution.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
