Responsibilities & Context
- Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
- Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
- Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
- Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
- Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
- Coordinate 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution of products.
- Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.
- Monitor Distributor wise damage control, make cause analysis and take initiatives on adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin and Accounts Department.
- Monitor and follow up on market data and information on a regular basis (Competitors and Own).
- Follow up on distributor’s credit limit and encourage them to cash business.
- Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance.
