Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the assigned area, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve team productivity.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
