Additional Requirements

Candidates with experience in the stationery or paper industry will be preferred.

Monitor and oversee divisional sales and marketing operations to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
Appoint new distributors and dealers in vacant or strategic areas to expand market presence.
Lead, supervise, and develop field sales teams to enhance performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Distribute sales targets among the field force and track performance regularly to ensure goal attainment.
Analyze market trends and monitor competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management, including insights and actionable recommendations.
Organize and implement sales-boosting programs and initiatives across the division to drive revenue growth.
Maintain strong follow-up with existing distributors to strengthen relationships and improve channel efficiency.
