Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
Coordinate 100% Numeric and highest weighted distribution of products.
Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.
Monitor Distributor wise damage control, make cause analysis and take initiatives on adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin and Accounts Department.
Monitor and follow up on market data and information on a regular basis (Competitors and Own).
Follow up on distributor’s credit limit and encourage them to cash business.
Train and develop sales forces in order to improve individual sales performance.
