Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Beverage, Ice Cream, Dairy

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 36 years
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, target oriented, and able to work in a rapidly growing challenging environment.
  • Ensure product availability in terms of Numeric and weighted Distribution in the assigned territory.
  • Execute Shops in terms of execution parameters (RED, HE, GREEN)
  • Implementation of 100% compliance in every operation in Assigned territories.
  • Champion in terms of Execution, SFA &Distribution, and Other productivity parameters.

 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead, guide, and develop Territory Sales Manager team to drive business growth.
  • Monitor Territory Sales Manager and Front-End Sales People.
  • Solicit, Evaluate, and recommend new distributors as per consultation with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Achieve Daily, Monthly & Yearly BP targets for Secondary & Primary Sales.
  • Forecast, plan and organize beverage sales growth over the year.
  • Implement all sales strategies or sales campaigns using suitable promotional tools and monitoring techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Regular evaluation of sales performance and informing line manager on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure the presence of Coca-Cola beverages at exhibitions, fairs, and events.
  • Ensure full compliance with Distribution and Distributor operations and Managing & Appointing Distribution points as per the Company Policy.
  • Negotiate with key accounts and finalize the agreement.
  • Expand the business growth by identifying the potential market.
  • Provide input to the development of sales plans and business development projects.
