Additional Requirements

Implement and execute sales strategies for the area to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis.
Visit different areas/ territories as per route plan and areas for addressing operational problem and report it to the Management.
Analyze competitor activities and utilize comparative advantages.
Report competitor activities to provide sales and coverage development plan for the area.
Ensure on the job training for the SOs.
Address the functional issues for the area by visiting the area markets as per route plan.
Monitor the SOs in timely product lifting for the area from the respective DB point, reaching to the retailers and monitor on daily basis.
Find and peruse new distributors (and subsequently replacing previous distributor) and ensure the DB Appointment process is as per compliance.
Maintain inventory registration book and communicate to the line manager accordingly.
Communicate distributor performance for categorization.
Increase market coverage by confirming maximum number of outlets for the area.
Identify and report key prospect territories and locations on the basis of growth–share matrix.
Drive team to conform with the policy and procedures standards in respect of control mechanism.
Prepare and submit Daily Sales Report of the Area to the management.
