Should be target oriented and have leadership quality to lead the team.

Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the area.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sales.
Review operational records and provide reports to the head of sales on sales target to determine profitability.
Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the customer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
To ensure proper monitoring with the juniors to achieve sales target Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
