Responsibilities & Context
- Making area sales development plan for respective area
- Making distributor and sales officer setup plan
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements
- Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise
- Lead sales team of SO and assess sales performance according to sales KPI
- Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market
- Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority (s)
- Monitoring and manage subordinates, distributor, DSR Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer
- Monitor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales
