• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• 2-5 years’ experience in relevant Sales or FMCG Industry
• Leading the Sales growth in respective area.

• Manage the distributor and ensure proper distribution in achieving the objectives.
• Market visits as per plan in ensuring proper operations in line with the growth target.
• Explore new opportunities and converting into business.
• Ensure compliance in all aspects.
• Monitor, Coach and counsel team members for continuous progress and set new standard.
• Market analysis and taking proactive action basing data to be future ready.
• Ensure regular reporting with full accuracy and generate dynamic analysis basing observation.
• Maintain effective business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive dynamic projects as and when initiated and required.
• Leading the team in ensuring drive with proper knowledge and process adherence.
