Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Wanlin Technology products in the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistent growth across the territory.
Channel Development:
- Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers for the phone accessories segment.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize market penetration.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide insights to the management for product and pricing adjustments.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive results.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure timely distribution and availability of products across the sales network.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking issues.
Brand Promotion:
- Organize and oversee promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns effectively.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
- Track KPIs and present results during periodic review meetings.
