Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Wanlin Technology products in the assigned area.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistent growth across the territory.

Channel Development:

  • Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers for the phone accessories segment.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize market penetration.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Provide insights to the management for product and pricing adjustments.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive results.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve targets.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure timely distribution and availability of products across the sales network.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking issues.

Brand Promotion:

  • Organize and oversee promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns effectively.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Track KPIs and present results during periodic review meetings.
