Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of battery technologies, energy storage systems, and power solutions, including their applications across automotive, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.

Sales Skills:

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling. Ability to identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region (approximately [percentage]% of time), attending client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Technical Aptitude:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned area.

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for battery and power solutions within the region.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in alignment with their goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering technical support and after-sales services.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and target new customers, including potential B2B and B2C clients, distributors, contractors, and OEMs.

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy.

Sales Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the internal sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated on the latest product developments, technologies, and industry standards.

  • Provide training and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the advantages and applications of the company’s solutions.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance.

  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.

Negotiations & Contracts:

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting customer expectations.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with support teams to ensure prompt resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
