Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned area.

Identify new business opportunities and markets for battery and power solutions within the region.
Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in alignment with their goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering technical support and after-sales services.
Market Expansion:
-
Identify and target new customers, including potential B2B and B2C clients, distributors, contractors, and OEMs.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy.
Sales Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the internal sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay updated on the latest product developments, technologies, and industry standards.

Provide training and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the advantages and applications of the company’s solutions.
Forecasting & Reporting:

Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Monitor key performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
Negotiations & Contracts:

Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting customer expectations.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Address customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with support teams to ensure prompt resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
