Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

- Strong knowledge of feed industry and livestock/poultry market.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Market analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in field-based sales environment.MS Office reporting skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for assigned territory.
- Develop sales plans and execute strategies to increase feed sales.
- Monitor sales growth, market share, and customer development.
- Dealer & Customer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed dealers, farmers, poultry & livestock farms.
- Appoint new dealers and expand distribution networks.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and proper product availability.
- Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market reports.
- Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Officers/Representatives.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Provide field coaching and product knowledge training.
- Feed Product Promotion
- Promote company feed products (Poultry, Fish, Dairy, Cattle Feed, etc.).
- Arrange farmer meetings, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Increase product acceptance and brand visibility.
- Sales Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales collection, outstanding payments, and credit management.
- Submit market intelligence reports to management.
- Collection & Credit Control
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers/customers.
- Monitor credit limits and reduce overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for recovery plans.
- Customer Support
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Coordinate technical support for farmers when required.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Business Planning
- Prepare territory sales forecasts and action plans.
- Identify potential areas for expansion.
- Support company objectives and sales strategies
