Responsibilities & Context
- Candidate must have experience in mosquito coil and consumables marketing.
- Smart sales team setup, distributor recruitment, monitoring and supervision.
- Depote/Distributor hunting and set up. SO recruit & Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
- Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
- Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
- To check and verify all team members sales reports (daily, weekly & monthly) and send them to higher authorities.
- Collect market information and track competitor’s activities.
- Must be efficient in solving market problems.
