- Must have the practical experience in the position of Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager in Cement Industry for at least 02-03 years and the total experience should be not less than 5-6 years in the relevant field.
- The candidate having experience in Sales & marketing in renowned & leading Cement Company of Bangladesh shall be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- To perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Cement, to obtain orders from different dealers/buyers and have adequate knowledge about Cement marketing.
- To meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
- Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
- To follow up progress of sales team.
- Must have ability to monitor development of delivery.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
- Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
- Developing and establishing new Customers including corporate.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
