• Must have the practical experience in the position of Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager in Cement Industry for at least 02-03 years and the total experience should be not less than 5-6 years in the relevant field.
• The candidate having experience in Sales & marketing in renowned & leading Cement Company of Bangladesh shall be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• To perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Cement, to obtain orders from different dealers/buyers and have adequate knowledge about Cement marketing.
• To meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
• Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
• To follow up progress of sales team.
• Must have ability to monitor development of delivery.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve sales target.
• Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales forecasts & Achievement strategies.
• Developing and establishing new Customers including corporate.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
