Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy, Agro based Startup

Responsibilities & Context

  • Overseeing the daily activities of traded goods Sales & Marketing related activities.     
  • Remain up to date with local and international market trends to increase sales.    
  • Set Monthly/Yearly sales target by coordinating with higher management.     
  • Prepare Sales report as per Sales target and achievement.
  • Ensure cash sales as per company policy.      
  • Organize and manage monthly sales conference as per requirement of Sales Team.     
  • Maintain an error free communication channels with the Management, Sales Team and other concern Departments.
  • Receiving customers’ feedback/ problems and solving them within Companies rules & regulations without delay.    
  • Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
