Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science from a reputed university.
- A Masters degree in business administration will be an added qualification for the post of Territory Scientific Manager, but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5/6 years’ relevant experience in a MNC or renowned company.
Skill:
- Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities as well as effective writing skills.
- Interpersonal Skills – ability to establish and maintain strong relationship and networking skill in expanding contacts.
- Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret sales data, market research and consumer behavior insights.
- Persuasion and negotiation skill.
- Punctual and good in time management.
- Effective problem solving skill.
- Quick adaptation to new products, technologies and changes in healthcare landscape.

Position: Area Scientific Manager [ASM]

Brief Job Description:
- Promote company’s products and provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals.
- Arranging RTDs, CMEs, scientific meetings, consumer awareness/scientific programs and other activations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, their benefits, usage, etc.
- Conduct sales call and visit to chamber, hospital, clinic, institution, pharmacy shop, outlet to meet primary & secondary sales target. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Managing distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory. Having clear understanding of primary and secondary sales.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
- Ensure & strict adherence to SFKPIs.
- Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
