Responsibilities & Context
The position is responsible for generating new Auto Loan business, maintain sound relationship with existing & potential customers to achieve business growth and carryout day-to-day correspondences and relevant business activities.
Achieve set targets of Auto Loan.
Identify and implement cross functional sale opportunities.
Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
Ensure extraordinary customer experience by providing customer services as per set standard of IPDC.
Coordination with other departments, i.e. CRM, Operations etc.
Assist in implementation of special projects or any other task assigned by supervisor.
