Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Fisheries, Poultry, or Business Studies).
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Feed Industry (Fish or Poultry).
- Experience as ASM or RSM is preferred.
- Motorcycle is mandatory.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets through effective team management.
- Develop and expand dealer & retailer networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper coverage.
- Supervise and guide the sales team for better performance.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors & management.
- Collect market information and analyze competitors’ activities.
- Implement sales promotion plans to achieve company goals.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Work jointly with RSM to execute company strategies.
