Responsibilities & Context

As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively looking for skilled and motivated team leads for our territories to join our dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales team lead experience in the Brick/Tiles/Cement manufacturing and distribution industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing strategies.

2. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets while achieving high performance and growth.

3. Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular customer visits using consultative selling techniques.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

5. Sales Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.

6. Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the brick industry.

7. Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and metrics for continuous improvement.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to optimize overall sales performance.

9. Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales metrics and achievements.
