Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Applicants must have experience in sales and marketing of food products such as Chanachur, Jhal Muri, Puffed Rice, Fried Peas, Dal Vaja, Chips, Dry Cake, Toast, Mustard Oil and other related items.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ASM/RSM who has a long experience in sales and marketing of food products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually sales target of the region.
• Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales strategies for the region.
• Finding new dealers/depots in the assigned area and appointing dealers/depots in all selected potential areas.
• Continuously monitor dealer/depot stock updates, product quality, expiry dates and any kind of product damage issues.
• Working with the SRs and collaborating with them to increase secondary sales.
• Expand to new market areas and increase sales volume.
• Allocating areas to sales representatives for boosting up the sales.
• Constantly monitor competitor activity and performance.
• Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Preparing daily visits, daily sales reports, new dealer appointments, handle product deliveries, and compile all types of marketing & sales-related reports and then submit its written form to the responsible manager on a daily basis and at the end of the month.
• Build company image with professionalism, behavior and refraining from any kind of negative & subversive activities.
