Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Adequate knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Internet.
• Fluent in English and Bangla.
• Good Communication skills with patience and perseverance.

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensuring on-time completion of the assessment cycle.
• Inspect customers’ financial ability as well as behavioral characteristics.
• Regular follow-up & provide Phone calls before his assessment date.
• Physically visit the customer’s house/Office for better communication.
• Ensure the regular EMI collection from the customers.
• Collect overdue amounts from the customers.
• Visit the customers if any problem arises.
• Initiate seize drive if necessary.
• Maintain the Overall customer follow-up.
