- Adequate knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Internet.
- Fluent in English and Bangla.
- Good Communication skills with patience and perseverance.
Responsibilities & Context
- Inspect customers’ financial ability as well as behavioral characteristics.
- Ensuring on-time completion of the assessment cycle.
- Regular follow-up & provide Phone calls before his assessment date.
- Physically visit the customer’s house/Office for better communication.
- Ensure the regular EMI collection from the customers.
- Collect overdue amounts from the customers.
- Visit the customers if any problem arises.
- Initiate seize drive if necessary.
- Maintain the Overall customer follow-up.
