Additional Requirements

Experience in transaction handling is preferable within a port terminal or ICD/DEPOT/ logistics environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in similar software to Navis terminal operating system
.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Generate invoices for all container movements, vessel operations, and associated service charges incorporating contractual agreements, tariff rates, and service provisions through Navis terminal operating system (N4 System), ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Verify receipt and completeness of required documentation, such as bills of lading, and update information within the N4 system for accurate bill generation.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including consignees and shippers, to ensure clear and timely delivery of invoices.
Analyze the Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) tariff book and calculate relevant rates applicable to RSGT-BD operations, optimizing cost efficiency.
Liaise with CPA counterparts regarding changes in tariffs, rates, SOPs, and procedures, advocating for improvements and streamlining billing processes.
Collaborate with the ICT department to map tariffs and rates into the N4 system for precise invoice generation aligned with operational requirements. Additionally, coordinate with ICT for API integration of N4 system with bank ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction reflection process.
Reconcile billing data with operational records, financial transactions, and customer accounts to ensure alignment and accuracy in revenue reporting.
