Responsibilities & Context

  • Act as the primary concern person to contact for his/her assigned top tier merchants.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand merchant acquisition and optimize card acceptance points.
  • Drive merchant transaction volumes and profitability by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing partnership.
  • Develop and implement customized growth strategies for top merchants to drive revenue through card transactions.
  • Visit merchants as per requirements, arrange meetings, addressing queries and ensure progressive operational service.Collaborate organizing merchant engagement programs to increase loyalty and collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to merchants, providing guidance on banking products, payment solutions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to those Top Merchants’ payment processing, disputes or compliance.
