Responsibilities & Context

• Develop, manage, monitor, and update the organization’s website according to legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the biometric attendance, IP camera security systems, internal cloud storage, and the Digital HRM system.
• Support the use of cloud services, dissemination of information, and the management of online meetings.
• Assist the project team with the creation and distribution of digital content and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials.
• Generate reports on the usage of digital systems, social media engagement, subscriber trends, and website traffic.
• Create and circulate the project’s electronic newsletter.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
