Responsibilities & Context
1. Ensure the SLA and QoS
2. Maintain and tune the network to keep it error free, up to date and optimized 3. Assess, evaluate and identify the network loop holes, propose inputs to planning team and ensure necessary corrections.
4.Maintain reports, databases, inventories, spares and policies
5. Internal and external stakeholders management
