Assistant / Deputy Manager (Internal Audit)

Requirements Education Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting CA will get preferable Experience 7 to 10 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Auto Rice Mill Additional Requirements Age 35 to 45 years Analytical skill management and leadership presentation and reporting risk assessment Responsibilities & Context Planning, organizing, and monitoring of internal audit operations. Check daily local purchase bills, Petty cash book, Vehicle maintenance and other fuel bills. Check requisition, MRR, Stock ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Received and Issued records of materials. Check & Report on all types of purchase, Production, Wastage management. Monitor stock of raw materials, Finished product & Delivery as per Invoice. To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required. To check and verify all sorts of transactions, Bill, Voucher etc. Develop adequate policies, procedures, and processes for the cost control function to maintain efficient operational excellence. Report audit findings to top management regularly and recommend corrective actions with follow-up mechanisms. Check all transactions like receive vouchers, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers maintained by accounts software. Supervise and guide internal audit team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of audit assignments. Perform other relevant duties as required from the management.
