Responsibilities & Context
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating system issues, application errors, and network connectivity problems.
- Assist with basic network administration tasks.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
- Documentation for common IT issues and solutions.
- Report generation on help desk activity and system performance.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Development of IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining company security systems.
