Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Assistant / Deputy Manager (Marketing & Sales)·

Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing dept.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Ensure qualified leads, call center actions & proper data management.
Ensure proper vendor and agency communications for sustainable and effective results.
Product feasibility analysis & develop applicable pricing models.
Design strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to potential customers, showcasing Nawar Properties Ltd.
Actively participate in the sales team to promote the program.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Tailor presentations to individual customer preferences and requirements.
Conduct market research to gather insights and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Following company rules and regulations properly.
Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting with them.
Any other task assigned by the management.
