Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and update fabric inspection protocols, ensuring they align with industry best practices, and company standards.
- Monitor fabric quality trends and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly, providing feedback and working to improve supplier capabilities where needed.
- Collaborate with the Quality control team to ensure that all trims and accessories meet the required standards before they are approved for use in production.
- Supervise and manage all the quality control activities in the cutting department, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer requirement.
- Monitor the cutting process to identify and address any issues that may affect the quality of the cut pieces.
