Responsibilities & Context

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Actively participate in the development of sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Attend sales meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their HVAC requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate the technical benefits of our Chiller products and solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate technical support for sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the HVAC industry.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective customer support.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry standards.
