• Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and work with creative teams.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in post-production environments.
• Background in film production, media houses, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Familiarity with shoot setups, lighting, audio, and camera work is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of script formats, storyboarding, and shoot planning.
• Experience working with directors, models, or clients on branded content.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Assistant Director (Intern) with at least 1 year of relevant experience in media production, creative agency, or a similar environment. This role supports the director in managing shoot logistics, coordinating with crew and talent, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of client-based and in-house video projects. Candidates with a background in media, film, creative agencies, or content production will be prioritized and strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and executing video shoots (ads, promos, social media content, etc.).Coordinate between scriptwriters, videographers, editors, talent, and production crew.
• Maintain and update shooting schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
• Ensure all team members are briefed and present during shoots.
• Handle on-set logistics and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Keep detailed notes during shoots and assist in post-production follow-ups.
• Support pre-production planning, including location scouting, script breakdowns, and team arrangements.
