Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing construction projects to ensure sustainability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare cost estimates of materials, equipment, and labor for project purposes.
- Supervise a large number of laborers and subcontractors.
- Maintain high-quality work within scheduled timelines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
- Possess strong computer skills, especially in MS Office packages.
- Capable of preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Plan and review potential site safety issues.
- Implement measures to control wastage at construction sites.
- Perform bill checking, budgeting, and report submission tasks.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by top management.
